Built From Within: Luis Rojas as Manager

Heading into the 2019 season, the Mets needed a new manager. They turned to a familiar face in Luis Rojas, who had been part of the organization for years as a minor league manager and quality control coach for the major league team. Rojas hailed from a managerial family tree as his father, Felipe Alou, was the 1994 NL Manager of the Year. In his two seasons leading the Mets, Rojas had a record of 103-119.
