We Thole You So – Josh Thole’s Game-Used Jersey

This is the jersey Josh Thole wore to catch Johan Santana’s no-hitter and it was signed on the back by Santana. Any pitcher will tell you that they share a no-hitter with their catcher and the veteran Santana was in sync with his young backstop all night. Thole said Santana rarely shook him off the whole night and added “I had a pretty good feel for what he wanted to do.” Later Thole noted the historic significance, “…you’re a part of history, the first one ever.”
