Davey Johnson was an All-Star and Gold Glover in 1969 when his Baltimore Orioles faced the Mets in the World Series. He hit into the final out of the Series in Game 5, a pop fly caught by Cleon Jones. Johnson would later be wearing the Mets jersey in 1986 as the second manager in team history to bring home a World Series title.
