Shea Stadium Seatback No. 15

Installed during the 1980 season, this seatback, and the fans who used it, saw 28 seasons of Mets action. During that time, the team won the 1986 World Series, an NL pennant in 2000 and two more NL East championships (1988, 2006). Just as important, the seatback saw countless memories from fans’ first games to wedding proposals to grandparents passing along stories of their favorite Mets players.
