Mets Wild 1967 Comeback Against Cardinals
Longtime Mets employee Matt Winick tallied a comeback 5-4 win over the St. Louis Cardinals in the first game of a doubleheader at home. Down 4-2 after six frames, the Mets scored a run in each of the final three innings. Bud Harrelson scored the winning run on a wild pitch in the 9th.
