HARRELSON’S HAT FROM LONG METS CAREER
Date: 1960s–1970s
By 1969, Bud Harrelson was in his fifth season as a Met. He notched a key two-run triple in Game 1 of the NLCS to add to a 9-5 Mets win over the Atlanta Braves on the road. He would end up with 13 seasons in New York, plus a 1969 World Series ring.
