Mets Team Autographed Gary Carter Jersey

Contemporary Mets signed a Gary Carter jersey as a nod to the former catcher who passed away before the 2012 season. The jersey featured a Mets 50th anniversary patch, as well as a black home plate patch specifically for the “Kid.” Carter was the Mets starting catcher in the 1986 World Series season and inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2003.
