Ralph Kiner’s Citi Field TV Booth Sign

The Mets paid tribute to a longtime broadcaster by naming the Citi Field press box the Ralph Kiner Television Booth. The booth at the franchise’s former home, Shea Stadium, had also been named for the announcer. Kiner spent more than 40 years calling Mets games, starting with the expansion club’s first season in 1962.
