Al Leiter’s Best Delivery

Shortly after signing his first big-money contract, Al Leiter and his wife Lori founded the Leiter’s Landing Foundation. In addition to the foundation, Leiter participated in Meals on Wheels and was a key player in the team’s post-9/11 charitable outpouring. For his efforts, Leiter was presented the Roberto Clemente Award in 2000.
