A Whipped Cream Surprise

Though pies to the face were usually reserved for rookies hitting their first home run or bench players tossing a shutout inning, infielder Justin Turner hit Johan Santana with a whipped cream pie as the lefty was interviewed after authoring the first no-hitter in Mets history. Just before being slathered in whipped cream, Santana said, “That’s the greatest feeling ever.”
