Just 5’11” and 170 pounds, righty Pedro Martinez was one of the most powerful hurlers in baseball history. His skill came in his extraordinary talent for five different pitches: the four-seam fastball, power curveball, cutter, two-seam fastball and changeup. The three-time Cy Young Award winner joined the Mets in 2005, when the Mets gave away this bobblehead to fans. Martinez posted a 15-8 record with a 2.82 ERA, fourth-best in MLB that season.
