A Golden Rookie

Like any other season, the Mets marketing team planned a full slate of giveaways and promotions for Citi Field in 2020. Unfortunately for all, the COVID-19 pandemic had other ideas and virtually the entire home slate was wiped out as far as fan attendance. Still, the team wanted to continue to keep fans engaged. One way was to send bombloads to season ticket holders, including this one of 2019 NL Rookie of the Year Pete Alonso. This particular gold-painted bobblehead was a very limited series for season ticket holders.
